They have a great pool, it's not loud it's actually quite quiet during the day and nights, I haven't had any trouble with neighbors or anything. Maintenance guys are great they respond pretty quickly and are informative as to what's going on and what they're doing to fix it. Now the bad, there have been some days where I have found workers on my patio early in the morning fixing things that I was unaware of. I'd at least like a warning or so knowing that there's going to be people working on the patio just as a courtesy.

I lived here for a good 8 months to a year before I began to see bugs. If you're desperate, apply but if you can find better, go elsewhere.
