I did notice that the store was extremely clean with clear , open aisles not blocked with overstock like competitor down the road . This store also appears to be better stocked with inventory as well . Prices are almost all exactly same as the Depot .... Neither of them are willing to lose a penny of profit by selling at the lowest price .
After asking the robot questions it could not answer it turned me over to a real live person. That person was able to contact the White Hall, PA store and told me they are delayed but the order would still be delivered. Well they never showed up I thought that's we will be first on the truck on 4/19. Never received any proactive communication from Lowe's that it was delayed or that they would deliver on 4/19 I just assumed. 4/19 came and went no delivery and no communication from Lowe's. 4/20 I checked the on line order status and now it shows delayed something I already knew but no further information.
You really need to have more staff to be available to help customers. Even after requesting assistance, it took a good 10 minutes for someone to help. The store manager and Natalie assisted me with returning the material to repurchase the correct size. She personally came to my home to strap up the material that was to be returned as I would have never been able to return it using my car. She is knowledgeable, follow up and goes above and beyond. Sorry, but the big box customer service has been horrible. I bought a double halogen worklight, got it home assembled and one lamp wouldn't work. Prices are not as good as HomeDepot which is across the street.

That's right I had to drive to the store to get status of an order placed on line. So I get to the store they try and get the delivery manager who never returns the customer service reps phone.
